The FitClub Hoboken focuses on small group training so we can focus on YOU! We lead inclusive groups in a private space - all you have to do is show up and have fun, no matter your experience or abilities.
We focus on strength, endurance, core, and functional movements to help you move and feel your best. Whether you're prenatal, postpartum, or perimenopausal; whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete; whether you're in your 20s or your 70s, we meet you where you are so we can push you to be your best.

Our story:
We are trainers and group fitness instructors with a combined 40+ years in the business. During the pandemic, we moved from a big-box gym to a virtual platform, keeping the weekly schedule of strength classes, yoga, pilates and HIIT that our long-term clients knew us for. Virtual FitClub allowed them to remain connected to their gym community at a time when connection was what we missed the most.
Soon, we added outdoor classes and personal training, and by April 2022, we moved into our brick-and-mortar location on 13th & Adams!
Our small group classes are generally 3-8 people: perfect for personalized attention and a fun, friendly group vibe. We have everything from HIIT to core; pop-up dance parties to TRX ; from strength to stroller-friendly workouts to stretching, we have something for YOU!
