Meet The FitClub

We are trainers and group fitness instructors with a combined 40+ years in the business. During the pandemic, we moved from a big-box gym to a virtual platform, keeping the weekly schedule of strength classes, yoga, pilates and HIIT that our clients knew us for. Virtual FitClub allowed them to remain connected to their gym friends (hello #fitfam!) at a time when connection was what we missed the most.

Soon, we added outdoor classes, allowing local FitClubbers to maintain friendships in their IRL fitness community. In April 2022, we moved into our brick-and-mortar location on 13th & Adams! Our indoor small group classes are generally 3-8 people: perfect for personalized attention and a fun, friendly group vibe. We have everything from HIIT to core to barre to TRX to strength to stroller-friendly workouts... the list goes on!

The FitClub is an inclusive community in a private space. We can't wait for you to join us!

What are people saying about The Fit club

I know this will not come as any surprise to you, but I am feeling 10x better physically already! I have been having such back pain and knees and hips have been so creaky…just a few burpees really has moved out the cobwebs!
-Jessica
Starting the day with Fit Club strengthens and energizes the body! With a variety of 30 minute classes, your muscles and mind are invigorated and rejuvenated. And, because the classes are recorded, one can watch them on your own schedule. The instructors are innovative and creative which motivates and inspires you to move that body!
