Jaclyn Kress
Jaclyn was born and raised in New Jersey (yes, just like the Real Housewives -- huge Bravo fan!!) Even though she grew up dancing, cheerleading, and daydreaming about a baseball player after watching A League of Their Own one too many times, she never really considered herself an athlete.
That changed when she moved to Astoria, Queens, found a community at the local NYSC, and learned all about strength training, Olympic lifts, kettlebells, EMOMs, and AMRAPs -- suddenly the gym became a second home. Through fitness she found confidence, built friendships, and discovered the joy of pushing yourself further than you could have imagined.
Around the same time, she fell in love with indoor cycling, sparked by Peloton coaches who weren’t just teaching—they were performing, motivating, and inspiring. She became a certified spin instructor, teaching at the very same NYSC where her fitness journey began.
She joined the Equinox cycling team in Manhattan, and ended up not only teaching spin, but also a wildly popular strength class.
Fitness has always been about more than just movement for Jaclyn -- it’s about empowerment. She now strives to help others feel fierce, strong, and unstoppable, both inside and outside the studio.
