Summer NUTRITION ACCOUNTABILITY Program 

As much as we at The Fit Club love exercise, it's only part of the equation of your overall health. That's why we are hosting a summer nutrition program! Choose our group program for group support as you reach measurable goals, or get an individualized plan with 1-on-1 coaching. 
No diets, no restriction... just building healthy nutrition habits that will have you feeling fit, healthy, and confident!

Group Accountability Program Includes:

  • Weekly nutrition challenges & accountability to reach your goals (examples include adding servings of vegetables, adjusting protein intake to fit your body's needs, or tracking your water to increase hydration)

  • Habit tracker and checklist

  • Monthly group coaching calls to ask all of your nutrition questions 

  • Vitamin and supplement information 

  • Recipes & sample general meal plans

  • Weekly prizes 

  • Community support to reach your measurable goals

  • Starts Monday, June 9th. $99/month or $249/3 months (June, July & August)   

*You do not need to be in person or actively taking classes at the Fit Club to join.

1-on-1 NUTRITION Coaching 

If you want a more personalized approach to your nutrition goals, then 1-on-1 coaching is for you!
Clinical Nutritionist Sabrina Sarabella will help identify personal health, nutrition and/or weight loss goals and guide you along the way -- all without traditional "diets."

1-on-1 Program Includes:

  • Initial assessment of goals and strategies to achieve them

  • Customized nutrition and wellness plan, and accountability plan 

  • Weekly check-ins with your nutrition coach, Sabrina

  • Unlimited email support with Sabrina

  • Vitamin and supplement recommendations

  • Recipes & sample meal plans based on your needs

About Sabrina 

Sabrina Sarabella, M.S. is a clinical nutritionist, certified health coach, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She takes a whole body approach to health and wellness and believes that believes that you can be fit and healthy while still enjoying an exciting social life. Health and happiness are her motto.
