Class Descriptions 

The Blender: Our signature class combines all your favorites: warm up with a yoga flow, move into total body strength and cardio intervals, and strengthen your core with pilates mat before a full-body stretch. 

Strictly Strength: Use weights and your own body to get your pumpin' in this strength class - no extra laps around the block or burpees, we promise! 

Cardio & Strength Circuit: Use weights, bands, TRX and kettlebells in a circuit-style session.  Add in a jog outside, some gossip with your #fitfriends, and a burpeee or two for fun, cardio and strength all in one session. 

Core Sculpt: Take your core strength to the next level with our take on pilates. Using light dumbbells, mats and YOU! 

Barre Sculpt: These ballet-inspired movements are low impact, but high intensity. Recruit muscles you didn’t know you had! 

Outdoor* Cardio & Strength SuperSculpt:  Get your blood pumping with this combo of cardio and strength! Think: running, tabata, conditioning and strength work with resistance bands. High intensity, but suitable for any fitness level. *weather permitting, otherwise indoors.

Yoga Flow: Connect your mind and body as we move through a full-body flow, with an emphasis on mindfulness. 

Barre Hoppin': Part dance, part barre! Wake up your hips and buns at the barre, then work them on the dancefloor! Easy-to-follow moves for any dance level. Finish with upper body barre work and total-body stretches.  

Movement and Mobility: Active recovery, stretching and mobility are important to keep us fit for life! Gentle, functional movements in this class will have you working safely, and get you rested and recovered for your next workout. 

Cardio Dance: Salsa! Merengue! Reggaeton! Hip hop! Step-touch! Bachata! Dance skills not required, but a smile and open mind is :) 

The Rhythm & The Reps: Liftin' on dat beat!  Let Erwin's Extraordinatry Playlist guide you through tempo-inspired, compound strength movements. A fun twist on strength training!

Munchkin & Me:  BYOB* -- Bring your own baby! *baby not required -- but this class is focused on pre- and post-natal bodies. Restore your core and maintain your strength, and hang with other moms while you do it. Bonus: Larisa offers snuggles to fussy babies for no extra charge ;0)
