Class Descriptions 

The Blender: Our signature class combines all your favorites: warm up with a yoga flow, move into total body strength and cardio intervals, and strengthen your core with pilates mat before a full-body stretch.

Strength Sculpt: Use weights and your own body to get your pumpin' in this strength class - no extra laps around the block or burpees, we promise!

Cardio & Strength Circuit: Use weights, bands, TRX and kettlebells in a circuit-style session. Add in a jog outside, some gossip with your #fitfriends, and a burpeee or two for fun, cardio and strength all in one session.

Outdoor* Cardio & Strength SuperSculpt:   A souped-up version of Cardio & Strength circuit, especially for our Weekend Warriors! Get your blood pumping with this combo of cardio and strength! Think: running, tabata, conditioning and strength work with resistance bands. High intensity, but suitable for any fitness level. *weather permitting; otherwise meets in the Club.

Core Sculpt: A combination of pilates mat, barre, abs and strength. Low impact, but high intensity. Recruit muscles you didn’t know you had!

Strengthen & Stretch: A dynamic blend of strength training and yoga flow that works every muscle group. This sculpting routine is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling both strong and flexible.

Cardio Dance: Salsa! Merengue! Reggaeton! Hip hop! Step-touch! Bachata! Dance skills not required, but a smile and good attitude is :)  

Munchkin + Me: BYOBaby! Specifically for new parents who wish to bring their child while they work out. Babies can stay in the stroller next to you or play on the floor or our in-house pack & play while you build back strength and meet other new parents. 

Whole Core & Restore: Specifically for moms who need to restore pelvic floor, core and overall strength - babies/strollers welcome.
