Class Descriptions 

The Blender: Our signature class combines all your favorites: warm up with a yoga flow, move into total body strength and cardio intervals, and strengthen your core with pilates mat before a full-body stretch. The perfect blend! 

Strictly Strength: Use weights, bands, TRX, kettlebells, and even your own body to get stronger in this total body strength-building class. No running, jumping or burpees required!

Cardio & Strength Circuit: Use weights, kettlebells, TRX, bands, bodyweight and more as you build strength, endurance and conditioning. A total-body, functional strength workout that may include cardio, plyometrics, jogging, and/or interval training.  

Cardio & Strength SuperCircuit:   Weekends are for this anything goes, pumped-up version of Cardio & Strength Circuit. Expect timed intervals, functional strength, running, jumping, core and more in this vitamin D-infused* mega-circuit.

*indoor/outdoor as weather permits!

TRX Strength, Core & More: This strength workout fuses elements of TRX suspension training, pilates mat, and functional weight training for a full-body burn, with special emphasis on core strength and stability.

"Fix It Friday" -- Stretch & Recovery: It’s been an longgggg week! Cap it off with this stretch and recovery session. Increase your mobility, stability and range of motion as you move through a series of bodyweight movements and stretches. Come feeling creaky and leave feeling like Gumby!

Whole Core & Restore: Specifically for moms who need to restore pelvic floor, core and overall strength - babies/strollers welcome.

Dance Party and Choreo Throwback Pop-Ups: Be on the lookout for special events , including Dance Party fitness (cardio so fun you'll forget you're working out!) and Choreo Throwback (learn the moves from your favorite old-school music videos).
