One day away from a full month of daily 9:30a workouts with Larisa Stahl and Sabrina Sarabella. I don’t think they realized (and honestly neither did I) just how helpful hosting The Fit Club online would be for me right now. They’ve made it fun (different set of exercises each day), easy (only 30mins) and even motivating (they’ve got me drinking more water and feeling grateful). Thanks, Ladies!! !-Bethlehem
GOOD to work out with you yesterday! When we started jumping jacks, I thought, I can’t do this! But, then I slowly moved into the rhythm. Good workout. So good, that I related it today, but substituted a few of the muscle exercises. Seeing you and working out with you and other was the PERFECT start for the week. Mentally I feel so much better.

I know this will not come as any surprise to you, but I am feeling 10x better physically already! I have been having such back pain and knees and hips have been so creaky…just a few burpees really has moved out the cobwebs!

I love Fit Club and the variety of burn, barre, yoga and cardio workouts. It keeps me in shape and is something to look forward to each day. I rely on the recordings. So, I can workout any time anywhere!

And, because the classes are recorded, one can watch them on your own schedule. The instructors are innovative and creative which motivates and inspires you to move that body!
